United States delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 7–10 days, including production and shipping, after your complete prescription and order details are confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. If you send your prescription after checkout, time spent waiting for that information is not included in this estimate.

Before production

Provide a current prescription, PD and an accurate delivery address. We will contact you if information needs clarification before production can begin. If you need delivery by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges and taxes

Any shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by our checkout are displayed before payment. Please review the final order total. Contact us before ordering if the checkout does not offer a delivery option for your address or if you have questions about import charges.

Delays or delivery problems

Carrier or customs delays can affect arrival times. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will contact you about the revised timing and your options, including cancellation and a refund where required. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
