Prescription help

You can upload a prescription on the product page. If you selected “Send it after checkout,” email your prescription and PD with your order number. Do not guess missing prescription values.

Delivery and aftercare

Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–10 days after your complete prescription is confirmed. Custom prescription orders do not support non-quality returns or exchanges. We cover all remake costs for quality issues. See our shipping policy, returns and remakes policy, and privacy policy.
