How do I provide my prescription?

Use the prescription form on the product page to enter your values or upload a JPG, PNG or PDF. You can also choose to send your prescription after checkout. Production starts after your complete details are confirmed.

How long will my glasses take to arrive?

Estimated U.S. delivery, including production and shipping, is 7–10 days after your complete prescription is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. See our shipping policy for details.

What if my frames do not fit?

Custom prescription orders cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. If there is a quality issue, we cover all costs of remaking the glasses. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Please read our returns and remakes policy before ordering.

Which lenses are included?

The Avery $79 package includes the frame and standard single-vision prescription lenses. Progressive, high-index and specialty lens upgrades are not available to purchase in this package. Contact us before ordering if you need a different lens configuration.
