This notice describes how PureOptics handles personal information in connection with pureopticshop.com, orders and customer support. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Prescription information
When you request prescription glasses, you may provide lens values, pupillary distance (PD), and an uploaded prescription. We use these details to review and fulfil your order and handle related support or remakes. Prescription records can contain sensitive health information. Please provide only the information needed for your eyewear order; do not upload unrelated medical records or identity documents.
Service providers and sharing
Information necessary to provide the service may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery services and the optical production providers involved in fulfilling your order. Prescription details are needed by the personnel and production providers handling prescription orders. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud, disputes and security matters. Service providers may process data in countries other than where you live.
